We are located on the water where there are no lifeguards or barriers.  There is open access into the River.  Please take caution when around the water and keep an eye on children and pets.

This property is surrounded by nature, and we’re on the water, so we share our space with wildlife and insects. While we do have pest control services and a screened-in porch, remember you’re on an island at a waterfront location. Mother Nature’s offspring might try to sneak in from time to time. We can’t offer refunds for any bugs or critters that come your way. It’s just part of the charm. 🦋🐦🦗

Here on PEI, we love the unpredictable weather—one minute it's sunny, and the next, it could be pouring! Since we're on an island, Mother Nature does whatever she wants.  We can’t offer refunds for weather-related hiccups. It’s all part of the adventure, and sometimes, it’s even magical. 🌦️🌞

And finally, we’re pet-friendly! And like any pet owner knows, no matter how meticulous the cleaning, there’s always a stray piece of pet hair and even human hiding somewhere. Our cleaning crew does their absolute best, but if you find a few rogue dog or human hairs, we can’t be held responsible. (We promise we try our best, though!) 🐶🐾

If, for any reason, the hot tub or sauna is unavailable during your stay, you’ll be eligible for a refund of up to $20 per day for each day the amenity is out of service.
