Ground Rules
We know you’re here for a good time and we want you to feel right at home.
Our ground rules are designed to keep everyone safe and help make Field and Bay a great place to stay.
Fire Pit
-
The fire pit is for your leisure. The fire wood that is stacked next to the driveway is not for use. This belongs to the owners for their winter heat. Firewood can be purchased from roadside stands or at the gas station or co-op down the road.
-
The lights are on a timer and will come on at sun down and turn off at dusk
-
Please clean up after each use.
Septic system
-
We are on septic which means it’s sensitive. You may sometimes notice discolouration of water, this is due to iron or manganese which is common in rural areas, this can give water a brown, rusty tint.
-
Please only flush small amounts of toilet paper. We also do not have garbage disposals so please no food or grease down drains. Your cooperation helps us keep everything running smoothly!
Lights, & heat pumps
-
We ask that you please turn down the heat and/or Air Conditioning when you leave the property and when you go to bed.
Check-in: 4pm AST
Check-out: 10am AST
