We are located on the water where there are no lifeguards or barriers. There is open access into the River. Please take caution when around the water and keep an eye on children and pets.

This property is surrounded by nature, and we’re on the water, so we share our space with wildlife and insects. While we do have pest control services and a screened-in porch, remember you’re on an island at a waterfront location. Mother Nature’s offspring might try to sneak in from time to time. We can’t offer refunds for any bugs or critters that come your way. It’s just part of the charm. 🦋🐦🦗

Our cleaning crew does their absolute best, but if you find a few rogue dog or human hairs, we can’t be held responsible. (We promise we try our best, though!) 🐶🐾
