• This property is surrounded by nature, and we’re on the coast, so we share our space with wildlife and insects. While we do have pest control services, remember you’re on an island. Mother Nature’s offspring might try to sneak in from time to time. We can’t offer refunds for any bugs or critters that come your way. It’s just part of the charm. 🦋🐦🦗 And yes, you may see Foxes and Coyotes right out the back door.  Please keep pets on leashes and kids close.

• Here on PEI, we love the unpredictable weather—one minute it's sunny, and the next, it could be pouring! Since we're on an island, Mother Nature does whatever she wants.  We can’t offer refunds for weather-related hiccups. It’s all part of the adventure, and sometimes, it’s even magical. 🌦️🌞 We do have a generator back up that turns on with the click of a button and will power almost everything.  We also have a wood stove for heat during the colder months. 

• And finally, we’re pet-friendly! And like any pet owner knows, no matter how meticulous the cleaning, there’s always a stray piece of pet hair and even human hiding somewhere. Our cleaning crew does their absolute best, but if you find a few rogue dog or human hairs, we can’t be held responsible. (We promise we try our best, though!) 🐶🐾

• If, for any reason, the gym or sauna is unavailable during your stay, you’ll be eligible for a refund of up to $20 per day for each day the amenity is out of service.
